Top 10 Video Ad Networks for iGaming: What They Actually Publish

Of twenty ad networks checked on their own sites, ten publish a video ad format and only two of those also state iGaming support: HilltopAds and TrafficStars. Most withhold entry terms until signup. Here is what each network actually states — formats, deposits, volumes — with the source and date, plus the checks that matter before you produce a creative.

Video ad networks for iGaming compared

Most “best ad networks for iGaming” lists are assembled from other lists. This one was assembled by opening twenty networks’ own websites and writing down what they state — and the first finding is that the field is narrower than the lists suggest: ten of the twenty publish any video ad format at all, and only two of those also state support for iGaming.

That gap matters, because video and iGaming barely overlap. Video inventory concentrates in markets with mature publisher video businesses; gambling traffic concentrates where regulation and payment methods allow it. A network can be excellent at one and irrelevant to the other.

Disclosure and method

Youtarget is an ad network with in-stream and outstream video and iGaming traffic, so it appears on this list and we are not a neutral party. What we can offer instead of neutrality is a checkable method: every figure below is attributed to the network’s own site with the date it was read, and where a network does not publish something, that is what it says rather than an estimate. There are no affiliate links here and no paid placements.

  • Checked: twenty third-party networks, 30 July 2026, on their public pages only — no reviews, no aggregator profiles, no figures copied from other listicles.
  • Included: networks that state at least one video ad format on their own site. Ten did.
  • Publish no video format at all: PropellerAds, Adsterra, AdMaven, Mondiad, Coinis, TrafficJunky, Evadav, Galaksion, RollerAds and BidVertiser. All ten are regularly recommended for iGaming; none of them offers video according to its own site. That is not a verdict on the networks, only on what they publish.
  • Listed but not profiled: SmartyAds names video and CTV among its formats but publishes no format details, terms or volumes, which leaves nothing to compare.

One consequence worth stating up front: “not published” appears often in the table below. Entry terms and minimum deposits are frequently withheld until signup, which is itself something to know before planning a test budget.

What to check before the offer list

For iGaming video specifically, four things decide whether a network is usable, and none of them is the advertised CPM.

Which video format, precisely

In-stream plays inside a publisher’s player for a viewer who came to watch video. Outstream plays in an article or feed, muted, and has about one second to earn attention. A network that says only “video” has told you almost nothing about which of the two you are buying — and half the networks below say only that.

Whether the VAST version matches your creative

A video ad is a VAST response the player requests, not a file the publisher hosts. If a network accepts only older VAST, third-party tracking and viewability measurement get awkward; if your creative is a plain MP4, you need a network that will wrap it for you.

Whether iGaming is allowed on that specific placement

Gambling rules are set per offer, per licence and per GEO, not per network. A network listing iGaming among its verticals may still refuse a particular licence or country, and finding that out after the creatives are produced is the expensive way.

Whether the GEOs overlap with your licence

Video inventory skews towards Tier-1 and large Tier-2 markets. If your operator is licensed for a handful of Tier-3 countries, a network with 250 GEOs and no volume in yours is not scale — it is a rounding error.

The networks

1. Youtarget

Our own platform, listed because it fits the criteria and disclosed above. Both in-stream and outstream video are supported. Creatives are supplied as an uploaded MP4 or MPEG file, a VAST tag URL, or inline VAST XML, with VAST 3.0, 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2 accepted, and can run inline in a publisher’s player or as interstitial. Buying is CPM, with a recommended bid shown per GEO in the dashboard rather than quoted as a single headline rate.

Video availability at the time of writing: 301 M impressions in India, 91 M in the United States, 71 M in Germany, 70 M in France and 69 M in Mexico. Current figures for every GEO are on the available traffic page. iGaming, betting and lotteries are supported verticals, with zone-level reporting, microbidding and automatic rules for optimisation.

Fits: buyers who want in-stream and outstream alongside pop and push in one dashboard, and who optimise by zone rather than by campaign.

2. HilltopAds

States two video formats — Video VAST (pre-roll) and Video Slider — alongside popunder and in-page. Minimum deposit for advertisers $100, minimum payout for publishers $20, pricing on CPM, CPC and CPA Goal. Claims 273 billion+ monthly impressions across 250+ countries, and lists iGaming traffic explicitly among its verticals. Source: hilltopads.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: the lowest stated entry cost among networks that publish both a video format and iGaming support — the shortest path from decision to a budgeted test.

3. TrafficStars

Lists pre-roll among its formats, with CPM, CPC and CPA pricing, over 200 countries and more than 10 billion daily ad impressions. iGaming, gambling and casino traffic appear as named verticals. Minimum deposit is not published. Source: trafficstars.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: volume-led buying where the constraint is inventory rather than entry terms.

4. ExoClick

The most detailed video documentation of the twenty: in-stream with a skip button, outstream that plays muted once half the zone is viewable, video banners in four sizes, in-video VAST banners placed pre-roll, post-roll or on pause, vertical video in 9:16 that the viewer can swipe away, and a video slider. Creative limits are stated per format — MP4 up to 50 MB for most, 1.5 MB for video banners — and bidding is CPM, CPC or CPV. iGaming is not stated on the formats page. Source: exoclick.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: buyers who need a specific placement type and want the specification before producing the file. Confirm iGaming acceptance with a manager first.

5. OnClickA

Video is described as in-stream — at the beginning, middle or end of the main video content — with a recommended bid of $0.02 and over 50 million video impressions a day across 200+ countries. Recommended bids are published for every format, which is unusually transparent. Verticals are not stated. Source: onclicka.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: cheap in-stream testing where you want a bid benchmark before depositing. Verify iGaming acceptance before planning.

6. EZmob

Lists video ads at CPM from $1, alongside keyword and direct click, popunder, banner and push, across more than 160 countries with 3 billion+ daily impressions. Coverage is described as mainstream and adult verticals; iGaming is not named. Source: ezmob.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: buyers already running other EZmob formats who want to add video without a second integration.

7. Adcash

Video ads are listed alongside pop-under, in-page push, interstitial and display, with 195 countries served and 300 million unique users daily. The video format type is not specified, and no minimum deposit, pricing model or vertical list is published. Source: adcash.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: broad geographic coverage when you already know which placement you want and will confirm the details in conversation.

8. Vidoomy

The only video-first network on the list: its three formats — inStream, Slider and inText — are all video, priced on CPV or CPM, with more than 2000 direct publishers and a stated viewability above 80%. Presence is concentrated in Spain and Latin America. No minimum deposit, GEO count or vertical list is published, and iGaming is not mentioned. Source: vidoomy.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: Spanish-language and LATAM campaigns where viewability matters more than raw volume. The absence of any vertical list makes an iGaming conversation the first step.

9. ClickAdilla

Video appears in the format list without a stated type. Notable for the lowest published entry point of the group — $5 to launch, with $500 or more advised for a meaningful test — on a real-time auction with no fixed CPC. GEO count, volumes and verticals are not published. Source: clickadilla.com, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: a first look at a platform for the price of a coffee, with the caveat that $5 buys no statistical signal — the network says so itself.

10. Dao.ad

Lists video alongside push, in-page and popunder. Nothing else — format type, terms, volumes, verticals — is stated publicly. Included because the format claim is there; ranked last because that is all there is to check. Source: dao.ad, read 30 July 2026.

Fits: nothing you can plan from a distance. Treat it as a network to ask questions of, not one to budget for.

Read the fourth column before the fifth. Scale claims are easy to publish and hard to verify; entry terms are the opposite, which is why a network that states a deposit and a video price is easier to plan around than one claiming ten times the volume and nothing else.

Choosing by situation

First video test on a small budget

HilltopAds publishes both an entry cost and a video format, so the test can be budgeted before signup. ClickAdilla is cheaper to open, but by its own advice $5 will not tell you anything.

You need a specific placement type

ExoClick, whose specifications are published per placement, or Youtarget if you need in-stream and outstream with VAST 4.x tracking and pop and push in the same account.

You are licensed for a narrow set of GEOs

Ignore the global volume claims and ask for available impressions in your countries specifically. Two networks here publish per-GEO figures; the rest give a total that may or may not include you.

iGaming is non-negotiable

Start with the three that state it: Youtarget, HilltopAds and TrafficStars. Then get acceptance confirmed in writing for your licence and GEO before producing creatives — a listed vertical is not the same as an approved campaign.

Spanish-language or LATAM inventory

Vidoomy is the only network here built around video rather than adding it to a pop and push lineup, and its footprint is concentrated in those markets.

What none of these lists can tell you

Every figure above describes what a network says about itself. Fill rate in your GEO, whether a manager answers on a Friday, and whether the video inventory is genuinely in-player rather than an autoplay slot in a sidebar — none of that is published anywhere, by anyone.

The only reliable test is a small one: one GEO, one placement type, one creative, and a look at completion rate by quartile rather than at impressions. How to read those numbers is covered in programmatic video advertising, and if video turns out to be the wrong format for your offer, pop traffic is the cheaper comparison. Frequently asked questions

Which ad networks offer video ads for iGaming?

Of twenty third-party networks checked on their own sites in July 2026, only two state both a video format and iGaming support: HilltopAds and TrafficStars. Youtarget also offers both. Seven more publish video formats without naming iGaming, so acceptance has to be confirmed with a manager.

How much does a video ad campaign cost to start?

Few networks publish it. Among those that do: HilltopAds states a $100 minimum deposit, EZmob CPM from $1, OnClickA a recommended video bid of $0.02, and ClickAdilla a $5 minimum to launch while advising $500 or more for a real test. The rest withhold entry terms until signup.

What is the difference between in-stream and outstream video ads?

In-stream plays inside a publisher’s video player, before, during or after content the viewer chose to watch. Outstream plays inside an article or feed, autoplaying muted as the user scrolls. In-stream costs more and delivers attention; outstream is cheaper and must earn the view immediately.

Why are PropellerAds and Adsterra not on this list?

Both are widely recommended for iGaming, but neither states a video ad format on its public pages as of July 2026 — their published formats are popunder, push, in-page, native, interstitial and similar. The same applies to AdMaven, Mondiad, Coinis, TrafficJunky, Evadav, Galaksion, RollerAds and BidVertiser. This list only includes networks that publish a video format themselves.

Does a network listing iGaming accept every gambling offer?

No. Gambling permissions are set per offer, per licence and per GEO rather than per network, and moderation can refuse a specific operator or country even when iGaming is a listed vertical. Confirm acceptance for your exact licence and GEO before producing creatives.
